SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
We are available for appointments Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. For emergencies outside of regular office hours, we have a physician on call 24 hours a day who can be reached by dialing our main number, (718) 646-2025. When scheduling an appointment, the receptionist will gather information to make sure enough time is allocated for your visit.
Call us at 718.646.2025Once your appointment is scheduled, please arrive for your scheduled appointment on time. Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes after their scheduled time will be worked into the schedule and seen as soon as possible; but there may be a lengthy wait. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance so we may use those times for other patients. We look forward to seeing you!

To contact your doctor, first decide whether this problem or issue is emergency. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 and ask to be taken to an emergency room for evaluation. If you are not experiencing an emergency, note that many problems or questions can be dealt with by phone.
After Hours:
Generally, your routine medical questions and prescription renewals should be handled during regular business hours. If you have a question of an emergent nature after hours, we can be reached by calling our main number 718-646-2025 and leaving the message. The physician on call will be notified of your message and return your call as soon as possible.
